System Email Design Refresh
System emails are getting a makeover. All auto-generated system emails sent through Anyone Home now feature an updated, modernized design that improves readability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
Quotes
Quote Layout Enhancements
To improve the clarity of quotes for both prospects and agents, we’ve added key fields — such as the property name and the prospect’s desired move-in date — and will more prominently showcase Total Monthly Leasing Price.
Only Display Available Units in Quotes
The new company-wide Display Available Units Only setting limits unit selection during quote creation to units currently available for move-in.
Enhancements to Admin Quote Settings
Quote setting management at the click of a button! We’ve expanded the information and tools available to Admin users in the Settings > Quotes section:
- Renamed Custom Fees to Fee Management
- Added new columns to improve filtering and sorting
- Introduced advanced filtering to support both integrated and non‑integrated fee management workflows

Engrain Pricing & Availability
Properties integrating with select PMS can now utilize a secondary integration to pull in pricing and availability from Engrain.

Reports
[POSTPONED] Large Data Download Email Assignment
Exporting large reports is now smoother than ever. When downloading a .csv report containing more than 15,000 records, users will now be prompted to enter an email address for the file to be sent to directly instead of executing an in‑browser download. This update makes large data handling more reliable and helps avoid timeouts or browser performance issues.
Please note that this enhancement currently applies to .csv report formats only. Support for .xlsx large‑file delivery will be available in a future release.
