Phone Status Icons & Retesting Feature

Anyone Home now gives you clear insight into whether a contact’s phone number can actually be reached. On Lead and Resident detail pages, you’ll see status icons next to the mobile and phone numbers that indicate whether the number is reachable or not, helping your teams avoid wasted calls and texts. 

If a number is flagged as unreachable but you believe it’s valid, you can recheck the number instantly by clicking the refresh icon next to the phone field. Anyone Home will retest the number and update its status automatically. 

Note: Phone numbers can be manually retested once per hour. 

Access ‘All’ Leads

Look at any lead from any time! Anyone Home users can now view all leads created over all time directly in the Lead View. A new “All” date filter option makes it easy to quickly expand the list of leads to include all leads created at any point in time 

  • In All Leads, Unassigned Leads, and Unverified Leads, a property selection is required 
  • In My Leads, agents can select “All” to view leads across their assigned properties

90 Day KPI Data

The Date Range filter on the KPI Dashboard now has a ‘Last 90 Days’ option, giving Anyone Home users a look back at key metrics for the last 90 days of data.

Quotes

New Prorate Move-in Setting

Proration your way! A new property-level Move-In Proration setting lets your team enable or disable move‑in proration in quotes. When enabled, Base Rent and any required monthly fees with a prorate method are automatically prorated in the estimated move-in costs.

Note that property-level settings will override portfolio-level setting configurations.

Community Fee Guide Access

A more powerful, more accessible Community Fee Guide! The Community Fee Guide, which is automatically generated with our new quote designs, is now available outside of the quotecreation process. Agents can now open, review, and download the Community Fee Guide directly from: 

  • The Property page, via a banner button beneath the property description 
  • The Lead record, in the Quotes section 

Community Fee Custom Text

Customize the copy in your Community Fee Guides! The new Quote Marketing Text setting gives your team the ability to add optional marketing copy to the Community Fee Guide, helping you provide helpful context or highlight value alongside fee details, all in your brand voice. 

Automated Quote Content Settings

Quote content created your way! Community Fee Guides and Property Policies pages can now be prevented from being automatically generated when creating a quote inside Anyone Home CRM. These settings will be both at the admin level under Settings > Quotes > Quote Settings and at the agent level under Property > Property Settings > Quote Settings.

Property Specials in New Quote Designs

Anyone Home users now have the option to include property specials when creating quotes using the new quote design layouts. This will let prospects see promotions in line with the rest of the quote.

Additional Fees Pushed in ResMan Quotes

Anyone Home users now have the option to include property specials when creating quotes using the new quote design layouts. This will let prospects see promotions in line with the rest of the quote.

  • PMS Fee Integration: Anyone Home will soon be expanding our ability to pull in TMLP and fee pricing from a wider range of PMS.
