Service Outage Expiration Date

Introducing Service Outage expirations! Schedule an expiration date for your Service Outage to ensure it is automatically removed from the system at a pre-determined date. To extend a Service Outage, simply edit the Service Outage prior to the scheduled expiration date.

Note that Service Outages will expire at the end of the day indicated in the Expiration Date field.

Leasing

Access Leads from Calendar View

Anyone Home users can now navigate to a lead’s guest card directly from events scheduled for them in the Schedule’s Calendar view. Simply select the event and click on the new Open Guest Card button to be automatically routed to their lead details page.

Admin Setting for Lead Display Date Default

Using the new My Leads Display setting, Anyone Home Admin users can now determine whether the My Leads view defaults to showing ‘All’ leads or the last ‘90 days’ of leads.

To update this setting, Admins can navigate to Settings > Lead Settings > Lead Management Settings > My Leads Display.

CRM

Tour Scheduling Window Extends to 60 Days

For lease-up communities under construction or properties that request advanced notice for showings, Anyone Home has extended how far in advance prospects and agents can schedule a tour from 30 days to 60 days.

Quotes

Override Integrated Quote Fees

Adjust integrated property fees with the click of a button! Anyone Home now allows Admin users to manually edit fees created via integrations. Use this feature to adjust fee fields in Anyone Home that don’t pull in from the originating PMS.

To adjust an integrated fee, Admins can navigate to Settings > Quotes > Fee Management, locate the fee, and click Edit from the Action column dropdown menu. In the editing window, toggle on the Override Integration button. Once the fee is adjusted and the changes are saved, Admins then toggle back on the Resume Integration button.

Please note that adjusting a field populated via integrations will result in the field reverting to its original value once integration is resumed.

This feature is only available to users utilizing Anyone Home’s new quote designs. To start using the new quotes, reach out to the Anyone Home Support Team.

Quote Floor Plan and Unit Specials

Customize quotable concessions! When creating a quote inside Anyone Home, users will now have the option of including floor plan and unit specials for the quoted floorplan or unit.

This feature is only available to users utilizing Anyone Home’s new quote designs. To start using the new quotes, reach out to the Anyone Home Support Team.

KPIs

Call Score KPI Chart Enhancement

Introducing even more Call Score KPI visuals! In addition to the existing Line Graph option, the Call Score KPI can now be configured as a Donut Chart.

  • Quote Improvements: Additional enhancements to the quoting process inside Anyone Home are coming soon for non-Engrain PMS clients.
  • Resident Triggers: To further automate your team’s resident management process, we’ll be expanding out list of resident trigger events to add to your Anyone Home playbook.
  • Trigger Playbook Refresh: To make managing automated events and communications easier and more accessible, we’re redesigning the UI surrounding the trigger playbook inside Anyone Home CRM.

Integrations

  • PMS Fee Integration: Anyone Home will soon be expanding our ability to pull in TMLP and fee pricing from a wider range of PMS.
