Leasing Chatbot Summary Report

More AI insights inside Anyone Home! Use the new Leasing Chatbot Summary Report to see the value that Anyone Home’s AI Leasing Assistant Chatbot brings to your leasing team, providing key metrics such as the number of valid leads captured and the number of generated showings completed.

Note that the Leasing Chatbot Summary Report replaces Anyone Home’s legacy Chatbot Summary Report. Use the new report to access the most accurate, up-to-date reporting insights.

Leasing Chatbot Detail Report

Dive into each interaction with Anyone Home’s AI Chatbot. The new Leasing Chatbot Detail Report provides insight into the lead-specific information, such as contact and showing details, as well as access to the session’s AI-generated chat summary and a link to the full conversation with the Chatbot.

Quotes

Prorate Move-in Setting

Proration your way! A new property-level Move-In Proration setting lets your team enable or disable move in proration in quotes. When enabled, a unit’s rent and any required monthly fees will be automatically prorated in the estimated move-in costs.

When Move-In Proration is enabled, you’ll see an additional setting that provides the option of adding the full value of the next month’s rent and required fees to a quote’s estimated move-in costs based on the day of the month.

Note that proration settings are only available to users utilizing Anyone Home’s new quote designed, and they will only prorate fees that have an assigned proration method value. To start quoting prorated fees, please reach out to the Anyone Home Support Team.

Disclaimer Management

Create, edit, and delete pricing disclaimers all in one place! In the Setting section’s Quote Settings tab, Admin-level users can access the new Disclaimers Management tab, which provides an editable table of all pricing disclaimers across your company portfolio.

In the top-right corner, click the Add Disclaimer button to create a new pricing disclaimer to be displayed in Quotes created in Anyone Home CRM and referenced by PCs in the Anyone Home Contact Center.

Note that pricing disclaimer management is only available to users utilizing Anyone Home’s new quote designs. To start using the new quotes, reach out to the Anyone Home Support Team.

Community Fee Guide in System Email Receipts

Provide Community Fee Guides automatically. Using the new property-level Include CFG setting, Anyone Home will include a link in all Guest Card and/or Showing Receipt system emails sent to your property’s leads.

To update this setting, navigate to the Property > Property Settings > Property Email Settings section.

Integrations

MRI Floor Plan Images

Anyone Home can now pull in floor plan images from MRI and will associate them to the corresponding floor plans and units inside Anyone Home.

Floor plan images can be viewed by navigating to the Property > Property Info > Floorplans/Units section and clicking the preview (eye) icon next to the desired floorplan.

  • Quote Improvements: Additional enhancements to the quoting process inside Anyone Home are coming soon for non-Engrain PMS clients.
  • Resident Triggers: To further automate your team’s resident management process, we’ll be expanding out list of resident trigger events to add to your Anyone Home playbook.
  • Trigger Playbook Refresh: To make managing automated events and communications easier and more accessible, we’re redesigning the UI surrounding the trigger playbook inside Anyone Home CRM.

Integrations

  • PMS Fee Integration: Anyone Home will soon be expanding our ability to pull in TMLP and fee pricing from a wider range of PMS.
