Adjustable Widget Icon Sizing

Introducing tailored tour widgets! Enhance your website’s user experience by customizing the Tour Scheduler and Leasing Assistant Chatbot icons to perfectly fit your site’s design and layout.

Please note that default icon size is 48px by 48px.

New ‘Guest Card Created Date’ Filter

Find fresh leads faster! When looking for leads in Anyone Home CRM’s Leads tabs, users can now filter by the date a guest card was created, making it easier to identify leads with recent activity, even if their original lead creation date is older.

The Created filter will default to ‘Lead Created Date’ to mirror existing filter logic.

Specific Created By Appointment Vendors

Enhance transparency with our latest update to the SentTour API! Appointments in a lead’s Contact Activity will now display the specific ILS vendor that created them, providing Anyone Home users with clearer tracking and accountability.

Dashboard KPIs

BETA Launch of New KPI Dashboard

Same KPIs, new UI! Approved users will now see the new and improved graphs and charts used for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on the Anyone Home Dashboard, with new property-performance breakdowns and fully customizable to fit each user type’s needs.

The existing KPI Dashboard will be soon replaced with our updated features in coming sprints. To take part in BETA testing the new KPI Dashboard, reach out to your Anyone Home account representative or to Anyone Home Support.

  • Remove SMS Opt-in Confirmation: Prospects, residents, and Anyone Home users alike will soon be automatically opted-in to receiving SMS communications, with disclaimers and the ability to opt-out added to each message.
