Meet our Voice AI Leasing Assistant— the smarter, faster way to connect with your prospects. Leasing Assistant’s Voice AI goes beyond traditional AI voice services by allowing prospects to interact with either an AI assistant or a live representative in Anyone’s Home Contact Center. Use Anyone Home’s new AI Voice assistant to increase prospect engagement and ensure every caller gets the information they need on demand, resulting in less missed leads and more actionable guest cards and tours.

Filter Leads by AI Agent Activity
It’s now easier than ever to see how your Hybrid AI Leasing Assistant is engaging with leads! Use the new Answered By filter on the Leads view to quickly locate leads that were handled by Anyone Home’s AI Leasing Assistant.
Note that Leasing Assistant Chat and Voice leads can be identified without a filter being applied—instead of the standard grey, AI lead event will appear in Anyone Home green.
Quotes
Quote Unit Pricing Settings
Your units, your pricing, your way. In the Setting’s Quote section, Admins can now configure how quoted unit prices are calculated and how they are labeled in quotes by default across your portfolio of properties. Then at the property level, these settings will also be available for properties to customize their unit pricing to fit their property-specific needs.
Note that property-level settings will override portfolio-level setting configurations.

New Prorate Move-in Setting
Proration your way! A new property-level Move-In Proration setting lets your team enable or disable move‑in proration in quotes. When enabled, Base Rent and any required monthly fees with a prorate method are automatically prorated in the estimated move-in costs.
Reports
Scheduled Reports Visibility for Recipients
More visibility, more control! Anyone Home users who are added as recipients on a scheduled report can now see the report details in their own Scheduled Reports view. And if they no longer need to receive the report, they can now remove themselves from the distribution list at any time.
