Dispute Follow-up Emails

Anyone Home users that submit Disputes will now receive an email as soon as their Dispute has been reviewed. Whether or not the Dispute was rejected or accepted will be outlined in the email, along with any feedback on why the result was given.

CRM

Unit Availability Trigger Event

Keep leads in the know! Use the new Unit Availability trigger event to automatically send your prospects templated emails as soon as a unit they indicated interest in becomes available. Match leads with available units using their exact unit of interest, preferred bed and bath count, or desired rent range.

An email communication template is required to work in tandem with the Unit Availability trigger event. Speak with your Anyone Home account representative to see if using Unit Availability triggered emails is right for your community!

Tab Through Inline Editing

Edit leads at lightning speed! When updating a lead’s information, Anyone Home CRM users can now press ‘Tab’ on their keyboard to move to the next editable field on the guest card. Doing so will automatically save changes made to the previous field, and a history of these changes will appear in the Edit History section of the lead’s Contact Activity.

Select ‘Use New View’ to expose inline editing and Edit History.

New Reports Platform Soft-Launch

Check out even more features and enhancements available in the Beta New Reports platform. In this phase of the platform’s ongoing rollout, we are releasing three major reporting features: personal and shareable filter sets, dynamic graphs, and customizable report scheduling.

As a reminder, graphics and functionality will continue to be updated in future releases. For now, users can test out the new platform’s improved functionality and API access via a limited number of reports, including Lead Transaction Details and Trigger Summary.
