New Lead View Vehicle Preferences

Introducing seamless vehicle tracking! Anyone Home’s latest Lead View enhancements revolutionize how you manage prospective residents’ vehicle information inside Anyone Home CRM, allowing you to stay ahead in managing your property’s parking resources efficiently and sustainably.

  • Electric Vehicle Tracking: A new dropdown field labeled Number of Electric Vehicles has been added to the lead’s guest card.
  • Updated Gas Vehicle Field: The existing Number of Vehicles field has been relabeled Number of Gas Vehicles for clarity.
  • Comprehensive Vehicle Total: A new Vehicle Total field has been introduced, which automatically sums the number of electric and gas vehicles, ensuring you have a clear overview of all vehicles while still differentiating them by type.

Agent Communication Report Message Improvements

Significant improvements designed to streamline your workflow and enhance readability have been introduced to Anyone Home’s Agent Communication Report. These updates aim to provide a more user-friendly experience, allowing you to focus on what matters most—effective communication.

  • Cleaner Message Display: We’ve removed unwanted HTML from the Message column, making it easier to read and understand.
  • Optimized Message Column: The Message column now has a maximum width, ensuring you can read messages comfortably without side-to-side scrolling.
  • Improved Message Link: The Message Link column has been transformed into a convenient “View Message” button. This button opens the message in a new tab with proper formatting, eliminating the need to manually enter URLs.
