Office Closure Merge Fields

Merge more! Use the new Office Closure Date/Time and Office Reopen Date/Time merge fields to keep your residents informed on when an Office Closure is scheduled to start and end at your community.

When added to communication templates used in Office Closure Start or Office Closure End trigger events, these merge fields act as powerful tools in sending consistent and automated Office Closure notifications to your residents. Simply create the Office Closure and let Anyone Home take care of the rest!

Lead Update Trigger Statistics

More stats, stat! When reviewing a trigger’s 30-day Activity Stats, users will see three new columns providing insight into automated lead updates initiated by ‘Lead Update’-type trigger events:

  • Status Changed: the number of leads that had their Status updated as a result of the trigger.
  • Tags Added: the number of tags added to leads as a result of the trigger.
  • Tags Removed: the number of tags removed from leads as a result of the trigger.

New Training Video Center

Introducing Anyone Home’s Video Trainings! Located in the Help tab inside Anyone Home, the new Video Training Center provides users with access to helpful informational and how-to videos.

Each video is sorted and categorized based on the Anyone Home product the topic relates to. Search for videos using the Category dropdown filter, by scrolling through the video library, or by reviewing one of Anyone Home’s recommended playlists.

Clicking on a video will take you to the training’s video player, where you’ll have the option of playing other videos in the category or reviewing other videos it shares a playlist with.

Reporting & Analytics

Debut of Updated Reports Platform

Introducing Anyone Home’s new reporting platform! Starting April 9th, navigate to Anyone Home’s revamped Reports section to check out the new and powerful features in our updated user-friendly interface.

  •  Layout Redesign: In the Reports tab, users will see all reports categorized and sorted via their type. Reports in each section will be listed alphabetically along with a brief description of the report. This page displays both default Anyone Home reports and all saved version reports shared with the user.
  • Run a Report: For saved version reports, use the Run button to immediately run the report using the pre-set report filters. For default reports, click the Customize button to be redirected to the report’s details page, where you’ll build the report you wish to run or save.
  • Report Insight: Next to the report description, click the ‘i’ help icon to view additional report details, such as who created the report, the date and time the report was last run, and who the report is shared with.
  • Favorite Reports: Reports can now be favorited for future use. To favorite a report, simply click the star icon next to a report’s name.
  • Smart Access: The new interface allows users to quickly access both ‘Favorite’ and ‘Recent’ reports using the Show Reports filter.
