Short URL for Virtual Guided Tours

Save prospects from a visual headache with shortened URLs for Virtual Guided Tours! VGT invite links copied from the Lead View, Contact Activity will now paste as short URLs, leaving a cleaner message look as well as saving valuable SMS text characters.

Complete Email and SMS Tasks from the Dashboard

Users can now send email and SMS message tasks directly from the dashboard Next Steps, Schedule tabs, or Tasks tabs. Previously, messages were only available under the Message Center or Lead View.

Custom SMS Opt-In Message

Interested in adding more information to your SMS opt-in messages? Admins can now add up to 160 characters of custom text to the default opt-in SMS message when prospects or residents first start messaging with a property. Any additional custom text added to the default opt-in message will apply at the account level.

Note: To maintain FCC compliance, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA, the default message cannot be altered. Only additional text can be added to the default message.

Trigger Filters

Users can easily search for triggers with new filters including type, event, and contact type (lead or resident.) For users, this is available under the Property Settings and Triggers tab. For admins, this is available under Settings and the Triggers tab.

Email and SMS Filters

Users can quickly search through email and SMS messages by contact type (lead or resident.) Available under Messages.

New Merge Fields: Move-In Month and Current Specials

Easily call out a prospective resident’s move-in month or feature a property’s current special in emails or SMS text messages with the new Move-in Month and Current Specials merge fields. Available under Messages, Email (or SMS), Compose, Merge Fields.

Inclusion and Exclusion Tags for Mass Emails

Sending a mass email that needs to include or exclude certain contacts? New Inclusion and Exclusion filter options enable users to select which tagged contacts to include or exclude. Available under Messages, Compose, and the Multiple Recipient Type.

SMS Character Count Warning

Users drafting or editing an SMS text message will be alerted with a warning message when the word count exceeds 1600 characters as this is the maximum character limit for the successful delivery of a text message.

  • RetrievePropertyList with DNIS Source: A RetrievePropertyList will now include DNIS source information in addition to the property information.

RealPage

  • EffectiveRent vs. BaseRent: Displayed rent will now be pulled from the EffectiveRent field; previously pulled from BaseRent

Yardi / RentCafe

  • Multiple Tour Types: Adds the ability to send/receive additional tour types to and from Voyager 
  • Chat Option for First Contact Event Type: To better track and measure chat leads, a newly added “chat” for First Contact Event type is now available; previous chat event types were reported as “other.”
