Service Technicians will now receive SMS messages for emergency maintenance dispatches. In addition to the standard calls sent via the Anyone Home automated call tree, technicians listed in your property’s call tree rotation will have the option to of accepting an emergency service request via text message first. Once the service request has been accepted by a technician on the call tree, all technicians that received a text will be notified that the service request has been assigned.
