Self-Guided Tour Management

Give your team the power to manage self-guided tours! Anyone Home CRM users can now accept, deny, cancel, reschedule, assign, and add showing results to self-guided tours, all from the Anyone Home platform.

Please note that this feature only applies to properties that have Classic Self-Guided Tours provided by Anyone Home.

Admins are the only users that will have this feature enabled by default. Speak with Anyone Home Support to enable this feature for other agents.

Reporting & Analytics

Continued Report Migration

As a part of the ongoing rollout of our new reporting platform, the Agent Call Log, Agent Personal Event, and Campaign Summary reports have all been migrated over to the New Reports Beta section of Anyone Home CRM. Attempts to access these reports in the existing Reports platform will redirect the user to the desired report within the New Reports Beta section.
