Google Analytics Enhancements

For clients utilizing Google Analytics, showings scheduled via Anyone Home widgets will now appear with a distinct ‘AnyoneHome’ label and with each showing event identifying which Anyone Home widget was used to schedule the tour.

After Hours Emergency Merge Field

Provide residents with the right maintenance number for the right time! When added to templated or direct email or SMS communications, the new After Hours Emergency Phone merge field sends residents the after-hours maintenance number for the property they are assigned to. 

The After Hours Emergency Phone merge field populates based on the number listed in a property’s After Hours Emergency field. Before using the new merge field, ensure that this field is populated accurately by navigating to the Property Details section of a property’s General Info tab. 

This merge field is a particularly powerful tool for communities using Communication Templates to notify residents of Office Closures. 

Canceled Showings Schedule Filter

Don’t want to see canceled appointments in your Anyone Home Schedule? Not a problem! Simply uncheck the new Canceled Showings filter when viewing the My Schedule or All Schedules tabs to remove all canceled appointments.

Reporting & Analytics

[POSTPONED] Debut of Updated Reports Platform

Introducing Anyone Home’s new reporting platform! Navigate to Anyone Home’s revamped Reports section to check out the new and powerful features in our updated user-friendly interface.

  • Layout Redesign: In the Reports tab, users will see all reports categorized and sorted via their type. Reports in each section will be listed alphabetically along with a brief description of the report. This page displays both default Anyone Home reports and all saved version reports shared with the user.
  • Run a Report: For saved version reports, use the Run button to immediately run the report using the pre-set report filters. For default reports, click the Customize button to be directed to the report’s details page, where you’ll build the report you wish to run or save.
  • Report Insight: Next to the report description, click the ‘i’ help icon to view additional report details, such as who created the report, the date and time it was last run, and who the report is shared with.
  • Favorite Report: Reports can now be favorited for future use. To favorite a report, simply click the star icon next to a report’s name.
  • Smart Access: The new interface allows users to quickly access both ‘Favorite’ and ‘Recent’ reports using the Show Reports filter.
