Affordable Housing and Housing Vouchers Application/Qualifications Update
To ensure the Anyone Home Contact Center provides the most accurate information, there are now two separate sections to denote whether the property provides affordable housing and/or if housing vouchers are accepted. Responses include Yes, No, or Refer to Leasing Team. As an optional enhancement, custom scripts are available for both affordable housing and housing vouchers to communicate any specific messaging the community wishes.
Filters are available under the Property tab. Settings are available to view under Property, Property Info, Application/Qualification, and Affordable Housing – limited to admin users only.

Email Address Status
Not sure you have the correct email for a lead or resident? Confirm if their email address is Active, Unsubscribed, or Failed based on the status of your previous email communication. Email address failure reason can be found in the Message Center or Contact Activity.
Available under Messages, Email, and then Inbox. Also available under the Lead/Resident View and Contact Activity.

Message Delivery Status
Easily see the status of sent emails and SMS including Undelivered, delivered successfully and failed due to certain reason next to the corresponding email communication in the message center and contact activity.
Available under Messages, Inbox, and Emails or SMS tabs. Also available under the Lead/Resident View and Contact Activity.

Appointment Triggers and Internal Contact Centers
For properties using their own internal contact center, there is now an option to create an appointment-related trigger when created by their internal contact center. Previous appointment triggers include those created by Anyone Home, Property, and/or Prospect.
Available under Settings and Triggers.

As noted above in the CRM section, there are now two separate fields and filters to denote whether a property provides affordable housing and/or if housing vouchers are accepted. Field responses are Yes (Default), No, or Refer to Leasing Team with the option to provide a custom script for either option.
