Removal of ‘Access’ Product Branding

As a part of Anyone Home’s rebranding of ‘Access’ products, the following locations within Anyone Home CRM has been relabeled:

  • Tour Scheduler Widget: In a property’s Widget Settings tab, the ‘Access Scheduler’ section will now be labeled ‘Tour Scheduler’.
  • Tour Scheduler Settings: In the Settings tab, the ‘Access Settings’ section has been relabeled ‘Tour Scheduler Settings’. The ‘Access Lock’ and ‘Access Scheduler’ subsections have been relabeled ‘Lockboxes’ and ‘Tour Scheduler’ respectively.
  • Lockbox Reports: In the Reports tab, the ‘Access Reports’ category of  reports has been relabeled ‘Lockbox Reports’.

Please note that the ‘Settings’ section of Anyone Home CRM is only available to Admin-level users.

Pending Outbound Email Helptext

The pending message and icon that appears for emails sent through an external email service has been updated to more clearly indicate the pending status of the message.

Dashboard KPIs

BETA Launch of New KPI Dashboard

Same KPIs, new UI! Approved users will now see the new and improved graphs and charts used for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on the Anyone Home Dashboard, with new property-performance breakdowns and fully customizable to fit each user type’s needs.
