Completed Resident Tasks KPI

Introducing the new Completed Resident Tasks KPI! This KPI shows the percentage of resident-related tasks that have been completed for your properties’ residents. Use this new metric to stay on top of resident tasks, such as the New Move In triggered tasks introduced in our last release.

Please note that the existing Completed Task KPI will no longer include resident-related task data and has been relabeled Completed Lead Tasks.

Resident Filters for Agent Task Reports

As a part of our initiative to expand resident management functionality within Anyone Home, we’ve added a new filter to the Agent Task Details and Agent Task Summary reports: Lead/Resident Tasks. Using this new filter, CRM users will be able to analyze reporting specifically for ‘Resident’ and/or ‘Lead’ tasks. 

Please note that these reports have been migrated into the New Reports Beta platform.

SmartRent Tour Confirmation SMS

Send a text instead! If your property management team would like to send SmartRent tour confirmation messages via text instead of SmartRent’s default email method, use Anyone Home’s new Smart Rent Tour Confirmation trigger condition to send out triggered SMS communications whenever SmartRent appointments are scheduled.

Please note that triggered SmartRent Tour Confirmation SMS messages require a communication template that includes the ‘Appointment Tour URL’ merge field.
