Full Rent Matrixes in Quotes
Looking to quote the best possible lease agreement for your prospective residents? Communities that integrate with a revenue management software can now reference a unit’s full rent matrix and generate a quote for a lead all within Anyone Home. Simply click the new Full Rent Matrix text when creating a quote and review the unit’s rent matrix data to determine which lease term, move-in date, and monthly rent best fit the lead’s needs.
If there is no rent matrix data available for the unit or your community does not utilize a revenue management software, the Full Rent Matrix text will not appear when creating a quote.

Self-Guided Tour Max Concurrency
Limit the number of classic self-guided tours that can take place at one time at your community with Anyone Home’s new Self-Guided Tour Max Concurrent Showings setting. Simply indicate the maximum number of self-guided tours that can take place at any given time-frame. Then indicate which days of the week this limit applies to.
Please note that this setting only pertains to communities using Anyone Home SGT lockboxes and Smart Locks.
Property-level setting available under the Showing Settings section of the Property Settings tab.
