Enhanced Co-Applicant Guest Cards

Anyone Home users can now effortlessly access contact details for co-applicants. Simply click on their name in the primary guest card’s Co-Applicants section, and all the information you need will be at your fingertips!

Guided Email Sync Experience

Introducing step-based email syncs! From the moment a user enables the property or user-level Sync Anyone Home with an External Mail Server setting, Anyone Home users will now be guided through the email sync process in a clear, step-based flow to assist them through the required steps to ‘Save’ their setup.

Enhanced Control of Tour Type Scheduling

Anyone Home users now have even more control over how tours can be scheduled. When editing the Showing Type Settings for a property, agents will now be able to update the previously locked Available Outside CRM setting. Simply add or remove an Anyone Home product from this dropdown to indicate whether a tour type can be scheduled through that service.

Dashboard KPIs

BETA Launch of New KPI Dashboard

Same KPIs, new UI! Approved users will now see the new and improved graphs and charts used for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on the Anyone Home Dashboard, with new property-performance breakdowns and fully customizable to fit each user type’s needs.

The existing KPI Dashboard will be soon replaced with our updated features in coming sprints. To take part in BETA testing the new KPI Dashboard, reach out to your Anyone Home account representative or to Anyone Home Support.
