Leasing Assistant
Leasing Assistant AI-enabled Chatbot
Introducing the Anyone Home Leasing Assistant, an intelligent chatbot designed to assist with leasing inquiries and tour bookings, now enhanced with advanced AI technology for more intuitive and personalized interactions. Leasing Assistant includes the functionalities of the Anyone Home Tour Scheduling Widget, enabling direct tour scheduling from a property’s website, as well as providing information on pricing, availability, specials, amenities, policies, photos, neighborhood details, and schools. Additionally, when human assistance is required, Leasing Assistant seamlessly transitions the chat to a human agent.
