Mass Email & SMS Campaigns List in Messages
A list of all mass email and SMS campaigns sent, delivered, undelivered, opened, and unsubscribed in the last 90 days are now available to view in the Messages center. Admin users will also be able to see who created the templates for both email and SMS campaigns.
Available under Messages and Sent Campaigns option for both email and SMS tabs.

ResMan
- Quotes Updates: ResMan clients utilizing Anyone Home CRM quote creator now have access to additional fields including:
- Valid Lease Terms: Valid lease terms for a unit will now be pulled from ResMan before displaying lease terms in the quote creation.
- Admin Fee: An “Admin Fee” field is now available to add to quotes from the CRM quote interface.
- Rentable Items: A “Rentable Items” field is now available to add to quotes from the CRM quote interface.
- Additional Fees: An “Additional Fees” field including application or administrative fees is now available to add to quotes from the CRM quote interface.
MeetElise / EliseAI
- Auto-Assign MeetElise Bot User: As an option, new leads, regardless of creation origin, can now automatically be assigned the MeetElise bot user so that they can engage with MeetElise prior to their tour. Previously, only leads assigned to the MeetElise bot could engage prior to their tour.
- New Leads and Updates: As an option, all new lead and guest card updates can be pushed to MeetElise to ensure a prospect is able to engage with MeetElise at any time and with the most up-to-date information.
