Property Based Unsubscribe for SMS Communications

It’s common for prospects to shop multiple properties at one time, even within the same management company. Now, when prospects unsubscribe from a property’s SMS communications, they will only be unsubscribed from that specific property’s SMS communications. That way, prospects will continue to receive SMS communications from other sister properties within the same management company, rather than being unsubscribed from all SMS communications for the entire account.

Resident Status Options

We’re adding more options to categorize resident status in CRM, which will allow agents to easily track changes and continue to access the guest card throughout the leasing process.  The following status options will now be available: Future Resident, Current Resident, Current Resident – Notice, Past Resident, Past Resident – Eviction.

Completed Status Option in Showing Results

The ‘Completed’ option has been removed from the tour status options in CRM.  Now when a tour is completed, agents will have the option to choose ‘Completed – Interested’ or ‘Completed – Not Interested’. Determining the next best action to take with a prospect is often decided by whether a prospect is interested or no longer interested. This enhancement will ensure that agents, as well as automated communications, are nurturing the lead with the right next step at the right time.

Reporting Platform Enhancement

We have rebuilt our reporting platform to allow for new and improved functionality and API access to the same reports available in CRM. The Call Details and Lead Details reports have been updated, optimized, and standardized for the new reporting platform, and we will continue to enhance and make the remaining CRM reports available via the API over the next few months.
