Quotes
Legacy Quote Tab
For accounts with properties still using the classic quote layout, we’ve introduced a Legacy Quote Fees and Settings tab to the Admin Settings > Quotes section. This area retains all traditional settings and custom fee options that teams are accustomed to, making the transition smoother for properties not yet on the new quote system.
Please note that account-level settings—such as Allow Custom Quote Expiration, Image Type, and Default Quote Expiration—may be managed in both Legacy and New Quote Settings. Changes made at the account level will apply to all associated properties.
Non-Integrated TMLP Quotes Management
Not integrating fees? No problem! Non-Engrain clients looking to quote Total Monthly Lease Pricing (TMLP) using the new quote designs can now do so by partnering with Anyone Home to manually upload fee data.
Additional improvements for non-integrated clients include:
- Admins can add or edit non‑integrated, property‑level fees directly within the Quote Fee Management table—regardless of integration status.
- All settings and fee management appear within the Fee Management and Quote Settings tabs.
- Fee tables can now be exported for easier review and auditing.
New Quote Enhancements
New quotes are getting even newer design enhancements! We’ve released several improvements to the new quote design experience for prospects and property agents:
- Section headers within the Quote and Community Fee pages will now be automatically hidden where no fees apply.
- The ‘Flyer’ quote design now features improved page breaks.
- Disclaimer placement has been updated for consistency and visibility.
- Header and footer styling have been enhanced per client feedback.
- The default color for the account-level header setting will now be white.
Reports
Lead Progression ‘Appointment Set By’ Filter Enhancement
The Lead Progression report now includes a more detailed breakdown within the ‘Appointment Set By’ filter. Anyone Home users can now filter by specific appointment sources — such as AI Voice, Chat, Tour Scheduler, and more — making it easier to analyze how appointments are being generated.
Reporting API Documentation Added to Swagger
Reporting API documents at your fingertips! Anyone Home’s Reporting API documentation is now being added into Swagger, providing a centralized location for testing endpoints and reviewing up‑to‑date documentation.
Please note that this release announces Phase I of our push to add Reporting API data into Swagger. Select reports will be added in this phase, with the remaining reports added in our next release.
[POSTPONED] Large Data Download Email Assignment
Exporting large reports is now smoother than ever. When downloading a .csv report containing more than 15,000 records, users will now be prompted to enter an email address for the file to be sent to directly instead of executing an in‑browser download. This update makes large data handling more reliable and helps avoid timeouts or browser performance issues.
Please note that this enhancement currently applies to .csv report formats only. Support for .xlsx large‑file delivery will be available in a future release.
Call Tracking
Caller ID for Missed Calls Routing
Missed call routing just got smarter. When a missed call is redirected to the property number, the prospect or resident’s phone number will now always appear as the Caller ID to your property agents.
